Tried and tested specifically with the Nick Scali Furniture range of fabric upholstery products in mind, the Upholstery Accidental Damage Warranty comes with an Upholstery Care Kit, containing the means for you to care and maintain the fabric of your furniture*.

Nick Scali Furniture's Customer Service Team must be notified of an Incident to be claimed under this warranty within five days of the incident occurence.Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
