Assembly, Delivery and Installation
Nick Scali provides a full Assembly, Delivery and Installation service for all of our clients that have elected to have their furniture delivered. This is a premium service where the items you have purchased are assembled, delivered and installed in your preferred position in the room of your choice in your home.
Furniture is more often large and delicate. There are many procedures in the delivery process that must be followed to ensure a quality, reliable, secure and efficient service. As a result, delays may occur during deliveries as a result of any extra time that may be required to install the furniture.
Our delivery teams will leave all packaging behind to enable our valued clients to play a part in the recycling of these plastic and primarily cardboard items.
Please note that all initially supplied booking dates are tentative only, and are not guaranteed. If you have provided us with your mobile number, our delivery team will update you on the arrival and the delivery of your furniture via SMS.
Two days prior to your delivery, we will SMS the delivery information to your mobile phone. If all the information is correct, you will only need to text back ‘OK’. If there are any details that are not correct, or you wish to change your delivery date, please call our Dispatch Department on 1300 880 370. If you are unsure whether a delivery date has been arranged, please contact your store where the purchase was placed, or call our Dispatch Department on 1300 880 370.
Please note, due to the nature of imported goods, there may be some delays in our ability to deliver the product.
In order to be of assistance to our clients, please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Delivery of Goods found on either the back of the sales order form, or the Delivery and Collections Advice on the back of the receipt provided by the store at time of purchase, prior to calling our Dispatch team.
Nick Scali Delivery Fees
Assembly, Delivery and Installation fee is based on a combined amount of seats on the order.
1 Seat = $75.00
2 Seats = $80.00
3-5 Seats = $85.00
6 Seats = $90.00
7-8 Seats = $100
9+ Seats = $13 per Seat
Note: Ottomans are considered 1 seat when part of a lounge delivery.
All other Non- Lounge Items:
Minimum Delivery Fee = $40*
For non-commercial customers delivery fees for all other items, EXCLUDING lounges and marble dining tables, are capped at $250 if all goods were purchased at the same time and can be delivered at once. If any item(s) are unavailable for delivery at that time, individual item delivery fees will apply. Note: Variable Assembly, Delivery & Installation Fees are only applicable to the items listed below. All other items have Fixed Assembly, Delivery and Installation fees per item.

Fixed Fees: Specialist Fixed Fees (Items over 70kg)
Dining chair = $5 per chair Concrete Dining Table = $120 each
Large Dining/Occasional Chairs = $40 each Large Timber, Zinc, or Glass Dining Table = $120 each
Standard Dining Table (under 70kg) = $70 each* Marble Dining Table = $150 each
Floor lamp = $40 each Large Marble Table (125kg or greater) = $290 each
China Cabinet = $100 each
Wall Unit = $100 each
Book Case = $70 each
Mirror = $40 each
Rug = $40 each
Print = $5 each
Bed = $90 each
Ottoman = $40 (on its own)
Bedside = $20 each
*The Standard Dining Table Delivery Fee excludes Concrete, Marble and Large Timber or Zinc Dining Tables greater than 70 kg
Variable delivery fees per Item: (MUST BE ABLE TO BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME):
Coffee Table = $40 (+$20 for each additional Coffee Table OR Lamp Table)
Lamp Table = $40 (+ $20 for each additional Lamp Table OR Coffee Table)
Console = $40 (+$20 for each additional Console)
TV Entertainment Unit = $70 (+$40 for each additional TV Entertainment Unit or Buffet)
Buffet = $70 (+$40 for each additional Buffet or TV Entertainment Unit)
Large Occasional Chair = $40 (+$20 for each additional Occasional Chair)
